Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Program Sr. Manager to drive large, cross-functional programs across America’s Workforce Academy. The role involves coordinating cohort logistics, contractor partnerships, and enterprise reporting to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

The position requires strong program management fundamentals, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex ideas for senior leadership, with travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• PgMP or PMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large cross-functional projects or programs from end to end using a formal process.
• Manage internal and external relationships in support of programs with contractor partners and stakeholders.
• Keep all functions on schedule and resolve issues to ensure on-time completion.
• Run day-to-day pathway operations, including hiring events, cohort logistics, and travel arrangements for trainees.
• Track enrollment, attendance, completion, placement, and retention with contractor partners.
• Administer program systems and maintain data integrity across them.
