Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid-level Deputy Program Manager to support a federal government client in Fort Meade, MD. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, PMP certification, and CI certifications, including a CI polygraph with TS/SCI clearance.

You will help manage costs, schedules, risks, and performance while coordinating to resolve production issues. Ideal candidate has 4+ years in management, 5+ years as a credentialed CI professional, and experience in intelligence operations, with

• Salary range: $100,000 - $135,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data. Description:
• Shall support project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
• Responsible for assisting with cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
• Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems. Job Requirements Required Experience :
• Must have a bachelor's degree, and PMP (or equivalent).
• Also, must be a graduate of any of the following Military Intelligence Certifying Courses:
• Army
• Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC)
• Army
• 351L Course (or its predecessor)
• Army
• 35E Course (or its predecessor)
• Minimum 4 years' management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a credentialed CI Special Agent, or intelligence officer.
• Minimum 2 years of staff officer experience supporting an Intelligence organization, to include maintaining accountability of staffing actions, organizing senior-level meetings and briefings, coordinating personnel actions, and disseminating information across the command.
• Understanding of CI investigations, operations, and intelligence analysis.
• Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work in a high-operational tempo environment.
• Must be able to work both independently or as a member of a team.
• Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities and activities as needed.
• Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis. *
• College education cannot be used in lieu of experience. Required Education:
• High School Diploma- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Associate's degree- 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's Degree- 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master's Degree- 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Security Clearance:
• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY. Location:
