• Minimum 10 years of related work experience in project or program management.
• Experience delivering moderately to highly complex projects.
• Experience in water and wastewater programs preferred.

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.

• Oversee planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout of programs.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder management.
• Plan, coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables to meet quality and outcomes.
