Job summary

Sia, a global leadership and transformation partner, seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive a multi-year transformation with Oracle CCS, WACS, and related utility systems. You’ll align business goals with regulatory and technology strategies, lead governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams across IT and operations.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in large-scale programs, 5+ in ERP/enterprise implementations, and strong change management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years leading large-scale business and technology transformations.
• 5+ years in program management delivering ERP/CIS/CRM implementations.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar methods.
• Experience managing vendors and system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, reporting, risk management and decision processes.
• Oversee planning, budgets, resources, milestones and dependencies.
• Align business objectives with regulatory and tech strategies.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across vendors and teams.
• Deliver operational improvements in customer service, billing and field ops.
