Job summary

CHAOS Industries is seeking an experienced Program Manager for unmanned surface vehicles. You will own the program from development through sustainment, interfacing with government customers and internal teams to ensure cost, schedule, and technical baselines are met.

This role requires deep defense program experience, leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional IPTs, with travel to customer sites and facilities. A strong background in EVMS, IMS, and risk management is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of program/project management experience in defense.
• Strong knowledge of EVMS, IMS development, and risk management.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS contracts and government programs.

Responsibilities

• Own full program P&L, schedule, and performance baselines across development to sustainment.
• Coordinate cross-functional IPTs spanning engineering, supply, and logistics.
• Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules and critical paths.
• Lead program reviews with customer offices and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR and security requirements.
