Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to own the Marauder program, a 180-foot Autonomous Surface Vessel, from award through delivery and sustainment.

You will lead the integrated program plan, coordinate with production, engineering, and mission-package teams, and manage customer engagement to meet contract requirements and milestones.

The role requires a technical background, 10+ years in large-scale programs, travel up to 25%, and active or eligible security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in program management of large-scale production, shipbuilding, or complex defense development programs.
• Experience managing government or defense customers, contracts, and deliverables.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Secret security clearance eligibility required, active preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of the Marauder program, accountable for cost, schedule, scope, and quality from award through delivery and sustainment.
• Lead the customer contract, deliverables, milestones, CDRLs, and contractual obligations.
• Build and maintain the integrated program plan aligning production, engineering milestones, and timelines.
• Drive risk and opportunity management across the program and escalate issues affecting cost, schedule, or performance.
• Report program health, forecasts, and decisions to leadership and customer stakeholders.
• Direct and synchronize a cross-functional program team spanning Production, Engineering, Software, and Mission Services.
