Job summary

CHAOS Industries in Los Angeles region seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the Massed Modular Aircraft program contracted through DIU. You will own CSP baselines, coordinate with DoW and government customers, engineering, and supply chain teams from proposal through development, test, production, and sustainment. Travel 20–30% to customer sites and facilities is required. Strong EVMS/IMS capability is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of program/project management experience within defense/aerospace.
• Experience managing aircraft programs and working with DoW/government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own full program P&L, cost performance, schedule adherence, risk management, and EVMS-lite across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional IPTs spanning engineering, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules; manage critical path and resolve conflicts.
• Lead reviews with customer program offices and translate requirements into actions.
