CHAOS Industries in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong technical background to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of small Unmanned Surface Vehicles (sUSV). You will own program cost, schedule, and technical baselines, interfacing with DoW, government agencies, internal teams, and supply chain partners.

The role demands hands-on technical fluency in autonomous maritime domain, with responsibility across EVMS-lite, IMS, risk management, and program

Competenze

15+ years of defense program management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Expertise in EVMS, IMS development and risk management.

Mansioni

Own full program P&L, cost performance, schedule adherence, and technical baseline control across the lifecycle.
Coordinate cross-functional IPTs spanning engineering, airframe, propulsion, software, testing, and logistics.
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and manage critical path across the program.
Manage program risks and opportunities with mitigation plans for technical, schedule, cost, and supply chain risks.
Support proposal development, basis of estimate (BOE) generation, pricing strategy, and capture activities for new business.
Serve as primary customer interface with program offices and conduct program reviews (PMR, TCMs).
Ensure compliance with safety, ITAR/EAR, and export control regulations; oversee airworthiness and range safety.
