Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in the Transplant Diagnostics division seeks a Program Manager III to lead cross-functional projects that advance RUO and IVD product development and on-market improvements. You will ensure design control, regulatory compliance, and long-term manufacturability while aligning with business objectives to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in life sciences or engineering.
• 4 years of leading teams without direct authority.
• Experience developing RUO and IVD assays; clinical study experience is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project core teams, run regular project meetings and track action items.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing Sciences, QC/Regulatory, and Finance.
• Maintain project schedules, provide status updates, and ensure ROI.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to maintain compliance and quality.
• Champion process improvements in day-to-day operations and procedures.
