Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Program Manager III in the Transplant Diagnostics division to drive product development and improvements for RUO and IVD products. You will apply best practices in program management to meet scope, schedule, and resource targets, ensuring design control and regulatory compliance.

• Demonstrated excellence in project management and timeline adherence.

• PM certification or life-science/engineering background is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project core teams and manage schedules.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance.
• Provide regular status updates to executives and maintain clear communication.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
