Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise technology initiative in Buffalo, NY. This hybrid role combines on-site collaboration with one remote day per week, and compensation is commensurate with a W2 contract.

You will drive planning, governance, and execution across multiple workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the formation, planning, and execution of a strategic enterprise technology program.
• Develop and maintain program charters, governance frameworks, roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans.
• Coordinate multiple project workstreams and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and executive review forums.
• Deliver clear and concise status reporting, program updates, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate program risks, issues, and roadblocks.
• Drive alignment among technical and business stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
• Establish governance processes and operating rhythms that support program success.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and coordination across supporting project teams.
• Ensure program outcomes are delivered on schedule while maintaining quality and stakeholder expectations.

Location: Buffalo, NY Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Rate: $60-$70 an hour on W2

Length: 12 month extendible W2 Contract, potential to convert
