Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Admin, Public Admin, Emergency Management, Intelligence Studies, Information Assurance, Homeland Security, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive direction, supervision, and management of all task areas under the contract.
• Ensure staffing levels support mission requirements and contract performance standards.
• Lead transition, startup, and continuity-of-operations activities.
• Coordinate with DOE organizations, M&O contractors, laboratories, and external stakeholders regarding security support services.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the contract Quality Control Program (QCP).
• Prepare budget forecasts, staffing projections, and resource plans.
