Job summary

Ocean Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Project Manager in Germantown, MD to serve as the principal point of contact for the DOE Federal Representative, managing daily project needs, personnel, budgets, and program requirements related to the DOE TSP.

Candidates should have an undergraduate degree, 10+ years of supervisory experience in Technical Security or CI programs, and certifications such as TSCM and TEMPEST; PMP is preferred and security clearances must be

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or other relevant discipline is desired.
A minimum of 10 years related specialized management/supervisory experience with Technical Security and/or CI programs.
Relevant Technical Security certifications are required (e.g., Federal TSCM, TEMPEST, CI).
Two years of direct Government contracting experience at task/project management level is required; experience with national security information preferred.
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Formulate and enforce work standards, assign contractor schedules, review discrepancies, supervise personnel, and communicate policies and goals.
Overall contract performance, milestones, reporting and budget responsibilities.
