Job summary

Ocean Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Senior Technical Security Specialist in Germantown, MD to support the DOE TSP with TSCM, WiSec, TEMPEST and related services. The role requires maintaining security clearances and certifications and may back-up to the Project Manager.

You will lead security design reviews, develop training, and provide reports on protections and cost-effective measures, working in a team and with DOE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in IT, electronics, security or related discipline is desired.
• Federal TSCM, TEMPEST and CI certifications are required.
• A combination of training and current operational experience of at least 15 years is required.
• Must possess/obtain all required security clearances for technical security activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert on security policy, procedures and regulations.
• Provide technical security services to protect DOE information and assets.
• Develop and present technical security training for personnel.
• Review technical security designs and proposed policies.
• Prepare clear, concise reports of services and recommendations.
