Job summary

MELE Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager - Technical Security Support Services to lead DOE Safeguards and Security programs across OSS, CSC, and OREM.

The role focuses on executive leadership, contract performance, staffing, and security program integration. You will oversee personnel security, industrial security, information security, classification, badging and related security services, ensuring compliance with DOE orders and federal regulations while coordinating with

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience managing federal security, safeguards, or national security programs.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large, complex federal contracts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Active DOE Q clearance or Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain DOE access authorizations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DOE Safeguards and Security requirements and related regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning abilities.
• Experience with performance metrics, dashboards, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• _interface with DOE COR/CO and federal leadership to guide contract execution.
• Provide executive direction and management of all contract task areas.
• Ensure seamless integration of personnel, processes, and services across locations.
• Establish objectives, priorities, schedules, and resources to support mission execution.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure deliverables meet specifications and timelines.
• Lead transition, startup, and continuity-of-operations activities.
• Coordinate with DOE, M&O contractors, laboratories and stakeholders regarding security services.
