Job summary

ETAS Inc. seeks a Safeguards and Security Manager to coordinate DOE/DoD security programs at its Portsmouth, OH operations. You will manage clearances, FDAR, CSCS, and e-FOCI documentation, and lead security teams across multiple facilities while interfacing with PPPO and emergency response agencies.

The role requires a DOE/DoD security background, strong communication, and the ability to deliver on time within DOE/NISPOM guidance at a Direct Hire site in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of DOE/DoD security program experience or 10 years related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Track and facilitate submission of National Security Clearances, FDAR, CSCS, and e-FOCI documents within ETAS.
• Lead team efforts supporting Safeguards and Security programs for multiple facilities and sites.
• Ensure all ETAS Safeguards and Security deliverables to DOE are met on time.
• Interface with PPPO, contractor management, and local/state/federal emergency response agencies.
• Operate under DOE Order 470.4, 32 CFR Part 117, and NISPOM; review multiple contract proposals for PPPO.
