Job summary

You will monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and milestones while interfacing with stakeholders to drive alignment across teams. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years in program management.

• 2+ years of Program Management or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports establishment of program goals and prioritizes deliverables.
• Manages multiple small programs or a single medium-sized program by applying program management knowledge to meet deadlines.
• Builds Plan of Record for multiple programs including schedule and resource forecasting, stakeholder identification, communication, scope, and prioritization.
• Tracks key metrics, provides early warning for deviations, and escalates when needed.
• Coordinates the work of a small team on assigned tasks with guidance.
• Identifies issues/risks and creates a risk mitigation plan.
• Supports team vision and objectives; motivates team.
• Ensures compliance with processes and contributes to process improvement.
