Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Senior Program Manager for its Total Talent Solutions team. The role focuses on leading and overseeing managed staffing programs for clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives to optimize staffing solutions.

The position entails managing P&L and serving as the primary client contact for guidance on market trends and program performance. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in client management and sales within a services

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of client management and sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience supporting managed staffing programs and delivering client value

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop program staff and oversee staffing programs
• Conduct weekly staff meetings to review processes and implement improvements
• Engage in strategic resource planning with Client Management and Total Talent Solutions
• Resolve issues between Client Management, Talent Suppliers and Total Talent Solutions
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure SLA adherence
• Promote Advantage and Client’s Quality Program Agendas
• Provide guidance on market trends, program performance and recommended improvements
• Attend scheduled meetings with Client and Advantage Executive Management
• Serve as liaison among corporate departments and client for delivery and communication
• Manage multiple P&Ls for assigned programs
• Implement and manage client/program specific processes per contract negotiations
