Responsibilities

• Direct cross-functional teams driving regional, operating unit, or system initiatives and alignment across Sutter Health.
• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee three or more concurrent long-term projects with significant size or impact.
• Develop project work plans and establish communication and risk management plans.
• Redesign workflow processes and develop and measure metrics.
• Conduct ROI analysis and assign tasks to staff; oversee Project Managers and Coordinators.
