Job summary

Revolution Medicines in Redwood City, CA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to create and manage cross-functional project plans for oncology programs, focusing on decision support and portfolio visibility.

You will lead dashboard development, identify risks, guide milestones, and drive process improvements while collaborating with functional leads and corporate development initiatives. On-site role with base pay range and comprehensive rewards.

Qualifications

BA or BSc in Life Sciences with 8+ years in biotech/pharma; MSc/MBA with 6+ years; minimum 2 years PM in drug development.
Outstanding verbal and written communication for management status reports.
Broad knowledge of the clinical drug development process and PM practices.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic and calm under pressure.
Experience using PM software to manage timelines and resources (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet) and proficient with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

Create project management solutions for functional leaders to improve decision-making and provide a portfolio view of accountabilities and milestones.
Create dashboards that integrate activities across projects to inform prioritization and resource allocation decisions.
Proactively identify project risks and engage functional leaders to design and implement solutions.
Lead cross-molecule meetings with function leads to ensure timely delivery of program goals and cross-functional objectives.
Provide direction to functional teams on near-term milestones, priorities and potential risks to project execution.
Evaluate and recommend process improvements to advance RevMed’s program management methodology.
Support cross-functional sub-teams across clinical assets per evolving business needs including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
