• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Guide programmatic development for large strategic and cross-functional improvement programs for Cancer Network and Cancer Care Services.
• Partner with medical directors to form strategic plans and program development in the cancer network.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables to support business goals.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools and financial analytics for program management.
• Create dashboards to monitor operational and financial metrics for cancer care programs.
• Mentor staff through change processes and continuous improvement.
