Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to drive complex, cross-functional supply chain and engineering cost-reduction projects. You will own the full lifecycle from initiation to benefits realization, coordinating with Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and suppliers to deliver results.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, developing integrated plans, and providing concise updates to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of project management experience in launching engineering projects (NPI, cost out, etc.) into production.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, manufacturing, or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience working with manufactured products.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility, million-dollar projects from business case through benefit realization and manage scope, milestones, risks, and governance.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans with cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined execution from initiation through closure.
• Lead portfolio reviews, action-item accountability, and recovery plans to keep projects aligned with timing and business results.
• Establish and enforce PMO governance standards across intake, prioritization, risk reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate portfolio resource and capacity planning, adjusting sequencing and ownership as needed.
• Partner with Finance to validate savings assumptions, forecasts, and realization of benefits.
