Job summary

Carrier is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional supply chain and engineering cost-reduction initiatives. You will translate business priorities into actionable plans, track outcomes, and provide data-driven recommendations to executives.

You will own the full lifecycle from initiation to realization, partnering with Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance and Operations to drive value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
7+ years of project management experience, with success in launching engineering projects into production.
5+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, manufacturing, or engineering.
5+ years of experience working with manufactured products.

Responsibilities

Lead high-visibility, million-dollar projects from business case through benefit realization with cross-functional teams.
Develop and manage integrated project plans, including scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, resources, and critical-path dependencies.
Lead project teams through execution, facilitating sessions, removing roadblocks, and ensuring timely delivery.
Drive portfolio-level execution and accountability, ensuring governance and timely delivery of outcomes.
Establish and enforce PMO governance standards across intake, prioritization, risk management, reporting and documentation.
Lead portfolio resource and capacity planning to align staffing and sequencing with constraints.
Drive continuous improvement across the portfolio in processes and reporting.
Partner with Finance and project owners to validate savings assumptions, forecasts and timing.
Maintain accurate project data and provide timely portfolio reports.
