Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive strategy and lead execution for high-priority initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to tackle complex challenges and deliver impactful results that enhance business performance.

Within the Experience Platforms Top of House team, you will oversee end-to-end program management, provide governance, manage timelines and risks, and synthesize insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience.
• At least 7 years of project management experience.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience preferred.
• 3+ years of people management experience preferred.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex programs with strategic direction and tactical guidance.
• Design and manage comprehensive project plans; adapt to requirements.
• Ensure rigorous project governance and on-time delivery.
• Leverage problem solving to align stakeholder goals with strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive successful deliverables.
• Build collaborative relationships to secure buy-in and commitments.
