Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a Principal Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that span OCI and drive strategic outcomes. You will balance technical complexity with business objectives and own delivery from inception to execution.

You will build trusted partnerships across engineering, product management, operations, customer success, and executive leadership to align teams around common objectives and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Software Engineering, Product Management, or related technical leadership roles.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple engineering organizations.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, distributed systems, and software development lifecycles.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution in complex, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing program plans, tracking execution, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus across diverse organizations.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to balance technical priorities and business objectives.
