Qualifications

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 8+ years leading complex business, digital, or technology-enabled programs.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated business execution for a large-scale digital platform initiative.
• Develop and maintain the integrated program plan, milestones and dependencies.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and decisions; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product, Operations, Technology, Data, and Finance.
• Prepare executive status updates and governance materials for leadership.
