Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Sr. Digital Product Manager to support our office in New Jersey. The role is designated Hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in an HPE office.

You will define digital product strategy, own roadmaps, lead Product Owners, and drive value realization across the portfolio. Applicants typically have 7+ years in product management or digital transformation, with strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 7+ years in product management, digital strategy, fintech, or enterprise transformation.
• Prior people management experience including 3+ years leading product teams or cross-functional squads.
• Experience owning roadmaps, backlogs, and value delivery in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy across multiple digital products.
• Own the integrated portfolio roadmap and prioritization approach.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Owners and digital teams.
• Align senior stakeholders on roadmap priorities and value expectations.
• Ensure measurable business value and adoption metrics across products.
