You will shape process architecture, oversee cross-functional handoffs, and drive repeatable workflows across the organization.

Responsibilities include developing OKRs, managing scope and budget, and coordinating with contractors to deliver process improvements and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum eight years in team and/or project management.
• Experience deploying business process, standard work, or quality systems across multiple functions.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process standardization across multiple functions and handoffs.
• Own the process roadmap and measure adoption, cycle time, and quality.
• Manage Acumatica ERP implementation and future tech initiatives.
• Draft OKRs and report progress to leadership.
• Source and manage contractors and consultants within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and deploy governance and documentation across processes.
