Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead program performance and day-to-day execution across aerospace projects. You will be the single point of contact for customer reviews and program communications, guiding cost, schedule, and technical performance.

The role demands 12+ years in program or subcontract management, an engineering degree, and experience with DoD-type programs, risk management, and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in a relevant engineering field from an accredited institution.
• 12+ years in program or subcontract management.
• Experience in aerospace as a system or design engineer; familiar with RF/satellite systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program performance and day-to-day execution.
• Serve as main customer contact for reviews and program communications.
• Establish integrated master plans and baselines; monitor progress.
• Provide inputs to customers and leadership on revenue and estimates.
• Mentor engineers and help build the PMO across programs.
• Coordinate across functional teams to meet objectives.
