Job summary

CesiumAstro is hiring a Program Manager II to coordinate program plans, schedules, resources, and cross-functional activities supporting commitments and business objectives.

You will work with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and product management to ensure programs meet contractual requirements and customer expectations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Plan and manage complex programs with cross-functional teams.
• Assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and track performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of assigned programs with plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities to meet cost, schedule, technical, and quality goals.
• Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Support product development, production, and delivery activities.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers on routine execution.
