CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (MBSE) to lead RF systems requirements, allocate system needs, and ensure architecture fully meets mission requirements.

You will collaborate with RF engineers, antenna designers, transceiver designers and software teams, performing modeling and testing with MATLAB, Systems Toolkit, and MBSE tools, while guiding junior staff and reporting to program leadership.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Demonstrated thought leadership for innovative, cost-effective design solutions.
• Experience in RF systems requirements analysis and architecture design.
• Leadership in RF systems design with cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years leading, designing, and developing RF solutions; MATLAB experience.

Responsabilités

• Define client RF requirements, allocate system needs, and derive compliant architecture.
• Interface with RF systems, antenna, transceiver, signal processing, and packaging teams.
• Collaborate with clients to tackle long-lead and tactical challenges.
• Perform analysis, modeling, design, and test using MATLAB, Systems Toolkit, and GRASP.
• Define system architecture and interface definitions with stakeholders.
• Develop models and architectural guidelines; provide direction on implementation.
• Provide technical recommendations to program and engineering leadership.
