Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead space communications programs for the Global Networks unit in Salt Lake City.

The role encompasses proposal development, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership to deliver on cost, schedule, and technical performance throughout the program lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing multi-phase programs, conducting reviews, and engaging senior stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree with 12+ years of related experience, or 16+ years in lieu of degree.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance are required.
• Experience leading large defense programs and proposals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule, and performance for multiple programs.
• Direct all program phases from inception to production.
• Present status and metrics to senior leaders and customers.
• Drive business and financial objectives including revenue and cash flow.
• Coordinate with Business Development on pursuits and proposals.
• Mitigate risks and manage subcontractor activity with Supply Chain.
