Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or business process transformation.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in global or matrixed settings.
• Proven ability to improve end-to-end operational processes (NPI, planning, fulfillment, etc.).
• Ability to establish governance, roadmaps, risks, dependencies, and timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-functional programs across Supply Chain, manufacturing, commercial operations, product, and digital fulfillment.
• Own end-to-end value-stream and operating-model design from NPI to lifecycle support.
• Define the Supply Chain model for software, digital, and hybrid offerings, connecting physical flows with digital licenses and entitlements.
• Lead NPI and design-transfer readiness for software and subscription offerings with regulatory alignment.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen core processes, data, systems, and ownership for digital offerings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to enable scale of subscription-based offerings.
• Define scalable processes for multi-market execution across software, digital, service, and physical products.
• Improve visibility and lifecycle management of digital inventory, entitlements, assets, and data.
• Establish governance, roadmaps, and performance metrics across global value streams.
