Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Sr Global Product Manager, Digital Solutions for Surgical & Procedural Care to shape strategy, roadmap, and growth of perioperative digital solutions across pre-, intra-, and post-operative care. You will partner with customers, KOLs, and cross-functional teams to translate needs into differentiated products, own the full lifecycle, and drive revenue growth and adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher degree in business, engineering, computer science, healthcare, or related field.
6+ years of experience in product management, product development, commercialization, or business leadership in MedTech or digital health.
Experience in healthcare perioperative, surgical, anesthesia, procedural care, or related clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy, build business and investment cases, and lead development and commercialization of digital solutions.
Translate customer and market needs into differentiated products and manage cross-functional roadmaps.
Own full product lifecycle from concept to delivery, commercialization, and adoption with measurable outcomes.
Drive market direction and portfolio growth through stakeholder engagement with customers, KOLs, and partners.
Develop go-to-market and growth strategies in collaboration with marketing and service teams.
