Job summary

GE Healthcare seeks a Manager of Digital Platform Operations to drive operational excellence across commercial digital platforms, ensuring stability, scalability, and disciplined execution of customer‑facing programs from design through launch and ongoing operations.

You will partner with Product R&D, Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Success, and Delivery to translate strategy into execution plans, maintain readiness, and deliver consistent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in IT, engineering, or computer science.
• Proven experience in digital platform operations or program management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS, or healthcare tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational management and continuous improvement of commercial digital platforms.
• Drive platform stability, reliability, and scalability through standardized procedures and governance.
• Monitor performance metrics, service levels, and platform health indicators.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
• Establish and maintain standard work practices to improve execution quality.
• Identify operational risks and drive mitigation activities to support customer and business goals.
• Manage operational activities supporting the customer lifecycle, including readiness and go‑live planning.
• Ensure readiness across internal teams before deployments and launches.
• Develop repeatable execution models to improve delivery predictability and customer outcomes.
