Job summary

You will partner with technology, science, legal, and finance teams to develop metrics, SOPs, and enforcement capabilities; translate findings into actionable plans and present to senior leadership.

5+ years in PM plus preferred master's degree are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of general AI tools and their application in operations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling or workforce development programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fraud prevention initiatives from identification to launch and iteration.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences to track fraud trends and KPIs.
• Write narratives and briefings to communicate status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with science and technology teams to define detection model requirements and tooling.
• Conduct root cause analysis on emerging fraud patterns and translate findings into actions.
• Design escalation workflows and enforcement mechanisms with operations and legal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional groups to align priorities, timelines, and trade-offs.
• Build and maintain SOPs for fraud response and enforcement actions.
• Monitor control effectiveness and propose data-driven enhancements.
• Support rollout of programs across regions, adapting for local requirements.
• Present updates and deep dives to senior leadership (Sr. Managers, Directors).
