Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Program Manager for Fraud Prevention to drive and improve fraud programs across the Amazon Flex ecosystem in Bellevue, WA. You will partner with technology, science, operations, legal, and finance to implement mechanisms that detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent activity.

The role emphasizes translating ambiguous problems into scoped programs, defining success criteria, and delivering results through influence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fraud prevention programs from scoping to launch and iteration.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting cadences.
• Write clear narratives and briefs to communicate status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with science and technology teams to define requirements for detection models and tooling.
• Design escalation workflows and enforcement mechanisms in collaboration with operations and legal.
