Job summary

SiTime in Tempe is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex semiconductor product development and NPI programs from concept through production ramp. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage scope, risks, resources, and execution, and serve as the primary communication link to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project (or Jira).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Create project schedules, request resources, assess and reduce risks, and define program scope.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Test, and Quality teams.
• Track risks, issues, and key dependencies.
• Collaborate across multiple functional groups to optimize execution.
• Facilitate project meetings and document action items.
• Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders.
• Guide products through NPI development phase-gates and processes.
