Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Project Management experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and techniques.
• Strong communicator who can effectively communicate at all levels within the company.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, handling scope, cost and schedule trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Managing a collection of IC projects through planning, execution and tracking.
• Build, monitor, and maintain the project tracking system to capture WBS, Schedule, milestones, resources, costs and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional project status reviews to track the agreed to plan and reporting status.
• Provides project leadership and active participation to guide the project team and key stakeholders from concept to delivery.
• Anticipates risks and schedule slips, analyzes impact, and drives resolution of issues.
• Facilitates negotiation and conflict resolution across all levels, assigns actions and escalates as needed.
• Implements tools, techniques and processes to enable informed decision.
