Job summary
SiTime is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Tempe, AZ to lead complex semiconductor product development and NPI programs from concept through production ramp. You will direct cross-functional teams, manage scope, risks, and resources, and serve as the primary liaison for leadership and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, program management expertise, and leadership to guide development, qualification, and market launch while driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- English proficiency required for professional business environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of project or program management experience.
- Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project (or Jira).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Create project schedules, allocate resources, assess and mitigate risks, define scope.
- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Test, and Quality teams.
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Collaborate across functions to optimize execution.
- Lead project meetings and document actions.
- Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate with management, stakeholders, and teams.
- Guide products through NPI development phase-gates and processes.
- Escalate issues as needed.
