Job summary

SiTime. Sr. Program Manager leads complex semiconductor product development and NPI programs from concept through production ramp.

He/she drives cross-functional teams to deliver on schedule, manages scope, risks, resources, and execution, and serves as primary communication for stakeholders and leadership. The role combines strong technical knowledge, program management expertise, and leadership to guide products through development, qualification, and market launch while driving continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
5+ years of project or program management experience.
English proficiency required for professional communication.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create project schedules, request resources, assess and reduce risks, and define program scope.
Coordinate activities across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Test, and Quality teams.
Track risks, issues, and key dependencies.
Collaborate across multiple functional groups and projects to optimize execution.
Facilitate project meetings and document action items.
Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Communicate effectively with management, stakeholders, and project teams.
Guide products through required NPI development phase-gates and processes.
Escalate schedule, resource, or technical issues as appropriate.
