Job summary

TikTok is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead end-to-end compliance initiatives within the Safety/Product teams in California. You will translate regulations into program requirements, timelines, and execution plans, and align Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Trust & Safety, and Go To Market teams on goals and deliverables.

With 5+ years in program management or TPM, you will proactively identify risks, develop documentation and status updates, and drive governance improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Program Management, TPM, or cross-functional project leadership.
• Experience coordinating with Legal, Policy, Trust & Safety, Product, Engineering, and Go To Market teams.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder compliance programs to deliver on time with high quality.
• Strong communication, documentation, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major compliance programs, from scoping through launch.
• Translate new regulations into program requirements, timelines, and execution plans.
• Align Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Trust & Safety, and Go To Market teams on goals and deliverables.
• Proactively identify program risks and drive resolutions.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, status updates, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Improve compliance program processes, governance, and cross-functional workflows.
