L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management for the Ashburn, VA location. This role will oversee program management execution, growth, strategy, and financial performance for one of our Launched Effects programs, interfacing with customers, suppliers, and leadership to deliver outcomes aligned with corporate goals.

The position requires a direct, cross-functional leadership style, strong financial acumen, and the ability to drive proposals, budgets, and performance

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience; graduate degree with 10 years preferred.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Directly interacts with matrixed, cross-functional teams across locations.
• Solve highly complex problems with significant business impact.
• Accountable for cost, schedule, and technical performance through all phases.
• Develop, manage, track, and report financial forecasts.
• Provide executive-level briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Direct the preparation of proposals, business plans, budgets, and contract terms.
