Job summary

MTSI seeks a Senior Program Manager for Secure Infrastructure Development to lead planning, buildout, integration, and accreditation of Level 5 SCIFs at Wright-Patterson AFB. You will guide secure networks, cross‑domain solutions, and DoD IA packages from concept through final acceptance.

The role requires a TS/SCI environment background, DoD acquisition expertise, and proven ability to coordinate across engineering, security, IT, and program offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DoD program management or acquisition experience.
• Experience with secure facility development and SCIF lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with ICD 705 and DoD IA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, and oversight for Level 5 SCIF construction and modernization.
• Manage accreditation packages and ICD 705 compliance with security officials.
• Develop integrated master schedules for facility construction, networking, and accreditation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, security, contracting, and cyber.
• Provide executive briefings and prepare status reporting to leadership.
