Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead ARSOF training support efforts at Camp Mackall and Fort Bragg. The role requires full decision-making authority, coordination of contractor manpower, and direct liaison with Government COR/COTR.

The candidate should have a Special Forces background, 15+ years in program management, and 5+ years managing contractor workforces on DoD contracts, plus an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of military/professional program management experience.
• At least 5 years of managing a contractor workforce on a DoD contract of comparable size and scope.
• At least 5 years of exercise planning and logistical support within Special Forces.
• Must have been a program manager within the last five years.
• United States citizenship and ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate technical efforts, contractor manpower, and team activities.
• Serve as main point of contact to Government COR and COTR with full decision-making authority.
• Provide program administration, program control, and supervision of personnel.
• Be available during normal business hours and other times as required.
• Support Special Forces with training and logistical coordination.
