Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an Alternate Program Manager to act for the Program Manager at Camp Mackall and Fort Bragg, NC, ensuring continuity of training support and daily contract operations under SECRET clearance.

The role requires a Special Forces background with 15+ years in program management, 5+ years managing a DoD contractor workforce on large-scale contracts, and strong liaison with Government COR/COTR.

Qualifications

• Special Forces background with 15+ years in program management.
• Minimum 5 years as a program manager on a DoD contract of comparable size, scope and complexity.
• 5+ years of exercise planning and logistical support within Special Forces.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or higher from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Act for the contractor on all contract matters when the PM is absent.
• Support planning, direction, and coordination of contractor manpower and team activities.
• Interface with the Government COR and COTR.
• Meets or exceeds the same qualifications as the Program Manager.
• Must have been a program manager within the last five years.
