Job summary

Bio-Techne seeks a Manager, Program Management to lead the RNAscope portfolio within the Newark PMO. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Quality, and Commercial to ensure timely product introductions and ongoing improvements.

The role supervises a small team of PMs and reports to the PMO Director, aligning with SBD governance and product commercialization standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a scientific field with genomics/diagnostics understanding.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional project management in life sciences.
• Experience with regulated products and quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead RNAscope project portfolio and Newark PMO governance.
• Direct cross-functional teams through product commercialization stage-gate processes.
• Develop project plans, manage milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Supervise a small team of project managers and align Newark with SBD locations.
