Job summary
Bio-Techne is seeking a Manager of Program Management to lead the RNAscope project portfolio and oversee the Newark-based PMO within the Spatial Biology Division. The role coordinates with Product Management, R&D, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment with governance and product commercialization processes.
Responsibilities include cross-functional leadership, portfolio prioritization, and development of a high-performing PMO team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in scientific or related field with knowledge of spatial genomics and in-vitro diagnostics concepts.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification is preferred.
- 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience, including cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the RNAscope project portfolio and maintain an integrated view of priorities, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and expected business outcomes.
- Provide program and project management oversight for RNAscope initiatives, including RUO, OEM and IVD NPI projects, sustaining, operational, and process improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop a small team of Project Managers and align Newark with SBD locations.
