Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine LLC in San Diego seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead repair development, material readiness, and cross-functional initiatives across engineering, supply chain, and operations.

You will drive insourcing, qualification, and production readiness for LM2500 and oversee ERP improvements, capacity planning, and configuration management to ensure on-time execution from concept through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of progressive project or program management experience in aerospace, gas turbine MRO, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical programs involving engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new repairs and process improvements with internal and external teams.
• Establish timelines, deliverables, and alignment to expedite repair qualification and release.
• Track progress, risks, and resource constraints across multiple initiatives.
• Prioritize material characterization and reverse-engineering efforts with engineering.
• Drive insourcing and production readiness, including on-site fabrication capabilities.
• Support supplier development and coordination with fabrication vendors.
