Job summary

Leeward Renewable Energy seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy projects from preconstruction through commercial operation. You will direct project teams, manage budgets, and drive risk mitigation while coordinating with engineering, procurement, legal, finance, and external partners.

You will ensure safety, schedule, and quality targets are met, oversee commissioning and turnover, and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in large-scale industrial, power generation, renewable energy, or infrastructure construction.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing a portfolio (500MW+) of utility-scale renewable energy projects (preconstruction through commercial operation).
• Experience negotiating EPC contracts and turbine/supply agreements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy and energy infrastructure projects from preconstruction through commercial operations.
• Lead project teams to achieve safety, schedule, budget, quality, and operational readiness objectives.
• Maintain budgets, forecasts, and contingency management; lead contract negotiations in compliance with governance.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery with effective risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee commissioning, turnover, and lessons learned; collaborate with engineering, procurement, legal, and finance teams.
• Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across projects.
